Sẽ có 30 suất học bổng thạc sỹ toàn phần được cấp.
Hồ sõ xin học bổng sẽ ðýợc tiếp nhận từ ngày
09/09/2013 ðến ngày 02/12/2013.
Thí sinh từ mọi miền của Việt Nam, từ các cơ
quan chính phủ, các tổ chức xã hội và khu vực tý nhân được khuyến khích nộp hồ
sơ xin học bổng, đặc biệt là phụ nữ và những ngýời ở vùng sâu vùng xa.

-- There will be 30 full Master scholarships available.
Applications will be received from 9th September
to 2nd December 2013.
The Programme encourages applications from all
provinces and regions ofVietnam, from public institutions, civil society and
the private sector. Women and candidates coming from remote areas are strongly
encouraged.
